To achieve the fruity and floral taste of this unique coffee blend, go for LIGHT roast if you use drip method. Grind the 15gm beans to a coarse level (24 clicks of your manual grinder), then slowly pour over 225ml of hot water and let it brew for about 3 minutes. Guarantee you will experience the smoothness body, and enjoy the fruity and floral taste of this blend.

I’ve been trying many different types from the coffee culture selection over the past couple of years, but this one is probably my favourite. I usually like this medium roast, but may be next time I’ll try darker!
