This is a review for a "Siam Roast - All Time Best Selling Arabica / Robusta Blend" roasted beans online order. Great roast( dark taste with a hint of honey taste), great service( delivery was super quick ) anc great price( averaged to market store costs ). Bought two coffees and liked both, especially the Doi Mod Organic. Easy to order online, reliable shipping, and very responsive customer service. Coffee Culture is the one I'm gonna keep coming to for all my coffee needs in Thailand.
I hope they start selling some light roasts soon. The only one I see is the medium-light whiskey barrel-aged Arabica but unfortunately, it has been out of stock the last two times I checked.

Coffee is great, but a little too much focused on presentation. The package arrived crushed and was not particularly attractive - I simply transferred the capsules into a tin.
The old packaging and volume of 50 capsules per bag was perfect.
The coffee is great - we buy it because we drink it every day. It lives in a cupboard. I would recommend prioritising practicality over aesthetics. Ship it in a bag, and let the customer decide what to do with it.
Susan is great, and I have a lot of respect for her entrepreneurial spirit. Despite this, every order takes a little too much back and forth to get it moving. My advice - continue with the great product, ship fast, and don't try too hard on things that your customers don't care about. We want coffee, not fancy boxes. Deliver me my fix, in record time, and you have a customer for life!

Been ordering from Coffee Culture for a few years now. Love basically everything I've tried. Ihave my preferred brand but like to try other things too. Now they are beginning to stock Dolce Gusto format capsules. Just tried them... love the 14gram strength compared to industry standard (wimpy) 8 gram capsules elsewhere and the coffee, as usual, fabulous. I may prefer the Siam Roast over the Khun Chang Khian (both dark roast) but we're splitting hairs...I love both. Also, just started making my own cold brew and Susan helped me with coffee, roast and grind. The results are perfect for my taste buds.
They have great coffee, helpful mindset and professional attitude.

Thai robusta'anaerobic'. It has the chocolatey side of SE Asian robusta. And the full flavor. But it is also light, cheerful, fragrant. Can drink it all day long. A wonderful discovery!

I have hard time finding ground decaffeinated coffee, but Coffee Culture offered me 3 to try. I liked the Swiss Water treated one the best, so that is what I ordered. It's nice and service I received has been great.

Just tried the 65/35 Arabica/Robusta blend.
These beans produce beautiful espresso. Rich silky mouth feel, nice crema, strong rounded flavour with just the right amount of bitterness and sourness (which doesn't register as sourness but makes the shot balanced) and a delicious, lingering, hazel nut after taste.
Another thing i found is that these beans also produce consistently good results. Perfect for us, home enthusiasts, that might not have the best grinders.
I never thought i could make an espresso that tasted as good as, or had such a satisfying texture, as the espresso that I'm making with these beans.

What an amazing business Susan and her team have built from the ground up. I have been buying quality coffee from Coffee Culture for a number of years. Originally taking the sampler packs until i found a coffee that i just loved! Everyone i serve it to is as equally impressed.
Although my home is in Phuket, I travel a lot for business and also make sure 1 have a KG or 2 of Organic expresso blend in my luggage.
Why I'm writing this review is the thank Susan for going above and beyond recently....I wanted to show some appreciation to the Qatar Airways cabin crew, They have been looking after me so well for 10 years, I just wanted to let them know that they were appreciated. My initial plan was simple Starbucks vouchers that they could use worldwide.....Not to be! This would have to be one the most convoluted systems i have ever encountered! Running out of ideas, with my gift theme still coffee focused, I contacted Susan with my plan, To see what she might suggest.....OMG! a week or so later, 20 absolutely stunning gift bags showed up. Beautifully presented with 2 different drip filter coffees inside, showcasing Thai coffee. I added a few little extras to the gift bags.
15 QR cabin crew received the gift bags on boarding my first flight out of Phuket for Doha, The remaining 5 gift bags presented to the crew of my next flight.
The Flight attendants were so appreciative and happy with their gifts! Many stopping by my seat to offer a personal thanks. Many saying that no one had ever done that in their 5 years of flying.
If you're ever looking for a special gift for someone or a group, even if it not on the Coffee Culture website, Just contact Susan and the team and see what they can come up with. They are very creative. My gift bags just looked so professional and made with love.

While traveling in Thailand I decided to attempt the online purchase of a french press travel mug. Susan, the founder, chatted with me online to help me decide on my purchase and how to get it shipped to my next hotel. The product arrived right on time and quality is top notch. We can recommend Coffee Culture 100%. We have previously ordered directly from nespresso. But we preferred Thai coffee and ordered the capsules from coffee culture. We are super satisfied. There are good tasting sizes. The customer service is very friendly and we like the coffee very much. If you live on an island where you can't buy capsules, no problem. Order here. very good fast delivery and super coffee selection.

It has been a pleasure to be a customer of Coffee Culture Thailand for the last 3 years. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other beans you buy in Thailand and the quality is significantly better.
I ordered several different 50-60g sample bags of coffee in the beginning to find which ones I liked. Most of the coffees they sell, you can choose your roast type beans or specific grind type and size. I prefer to order locally grown beans but they do sell beans from other parts of the world too. I’ve ordered dozens of 50-60g sample bags of coffee over the years to try different coffees they have. I’m certainly not a connoisseur and can’t accurately express certain things about the way beans taste, but I know what I like the taste of.
They give background on then region the beans come from and the blend percentages for Arabica and Robusta (I literally didn’t know what that meant until I started buying from them). They also give a description of the flavor which is really helpful.
Besides having a great product and range that patronizes local growers, their level of customer service goes above and beyond.

Much more than just an on-line store. I learned a lot about coffee, how it's made and blended and more important to me - how to choose the coffee that's right for me. The trial packs are a great idea and a lot of fun to test out different flavors plus it all helps local Thai growers at the same time. Give it a try even if you are not a coffee fan yet!

I strongly recommend this coffee provider. I used to buy my beans from Starbucks but gave this company a try and never went back. The Khun Chang Khian beans are exceptional. The owner, Susan, provides excellent personalised service such as advice, free taster packs of beans and substantial discounts.

Tried this a few months back to support their campaign to save an elephant and found I liked both the idea behind the sale and the coffee. As a blend of Arabica and Robusta it works very well. You can see the level of the blend in the photo. Anyone that appreciates a strong cup of java I recommend it. If there is even a hint of bitterness from the Robusta, I cannot sense it.

I've been ordering coffee from them since November'22. They have great variety and quality and can grind coffee depending on your choice and a coffer maker. You can order directly and via Grab. I did via grab a few times and ordered only one type of coffee. They noticed it and gave me a free sample to try a different type. Simple and kind.
