Very smooth with little acidity. I don’t own an espresso machine so I make this in a Moka pot. I personally prefer a slightly more darker roast, but it’s still very enjoyable. I need to play around with the amount of coffee & the grind size a bit more.

I have to say, this blend is my second favorite choice when my all-time favorite, Khun Chang Khian, is sold out. Which, unfortunately, happens quite often. But that’s okay because this blend is a close runner up. It has a rich, smooth and nutty flavor with no harsh acidic aftertaste. Recommended for those who enjoy a really smooth cup of coffee.

As for the Nutty blend & the Cacao blend, the packages indicate they r “medium roast” yet they definitely have the deeper roasted smell of which I’m sensitive to.
The Nutty lover one was slightly closer to the “standard (range) medium” I normally enjoy, but even that was a bit darker than what I’m used to. The Cacao blend was way to dark that I couldn’t drink to b honest, but like I mentioned in my previous email, “dark” lovers like my friend seem to enjoy it a lot. Wonder what it might taste like if they were actually done at the standard range “medium”, tho.

My boyfriend and friend’s mom loved this, but since it only comes in medium roast it isn’t strong enough for me. Hopefully one day there will be a nutty dark roast!

I use moka pot mostly to brew my daily coffee. I know people’s taste differs. The first time I tried it seemed a bit bitter for me when compared to the taste of another brand (bought in the market) that I had consumed the stock completely now. However I am glad this coffee lover hasn’t got that acidic taste which is one of my criteria when choosing a product.
After several times of dinking coffee lover, I have adapted to the taste now and what I love to do to complete my coffee is I would usually give it a touch of cinnamon on top for a more aromatic taste.
