The coffee cherries are organically grown and carefully hand-picked before being de-pulped and soaked overnight. They are then washed and laid out to dry in the sun before being roasted to a perfect super dark french roast.

This was just okay for me. I always order dark roast in my beans. I’m, definitely not a connoisseur, I just know what I like. I just didn’t find this one satisfying like I do the House Espresso Blend or The Godfather.
