Pang Khon Coffee – 100% Thai Arabica
In Chiang Rai, a province best known for the iconic Wat Rong Khun (the iconic white temple). Just a few hours from Chiang Mai, hidden within the highlands of Pang Khon, lies a village quietly shaping the story of Thai coffee.
Pang Khon has become known for its altitude, cool climate, and a growing reputation for producing some of Thailand’s most expressive Arabica. But what makes it truly special is not just the land. It’s the people. Over 30 years ago, a small group of farmers came together with a shared belief that Thai coffee could become something more. What began as a shift in livelihood evolved into a collective pursuit of quality, built on collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and a deep respect for the craft.
Grown at high elevation and shaded by the mountain canopy, this 100% Arabica coffee is handpicked at peak ripeness and carefully processed to preserve its natural character. Decades of experience are reflected in every step. From selective harvesting to meticulous preparation. Resulting in a cup that is both refined and approachable.
More than just coffee, Pang Khon represents what can happen when a community comes together with a shared passion to build something meaningful. Each cup carries not only the character of the mountains, but also the spirit of the people who have spent decades perfecting it.

Really good cup of coffee, fairly mellow and smooth. Low acidity. Works great with my AeroPress.

The coffee is very good and not so acidic. There’s sure to be better coffee, but with the price and quality of these coffee beans, it’s easy to overlook that.

Medium dark roast in a chemex is moderately rich with just a hint of the citrus/sourness of lighter roast coffees.
It’s a good cup but I look forward to trying the dark roast I bought at the same time

The dark roast truly meets my needs. Strength but still smooth and full of flavor. Works great in my old style drip pot and I keep experimenting with mixture. Pretty much I have settled on 4-scoops to 5-cups of water. I have tried 4 or 5 other brands. None equal this one.

Very mild and neutral coffee. I didn’t catch any specific tint, but i really like the mild effect and combination with morning products like cakes or fruits.

Loving this one for its subtle tastes. Pour over with a course grind. Can’t go wrong.
