We used a medium dark roast with a moka pot. Perfect blend of arabica (65%) and robusta beans for the morning and those who enjoy an Italian style of cuppa as a wake up call.

We got a medium roast and use it with our Bialetti moka pot.
Nice blend with 35% robusta for those who enjoy in the morning an Italian style cuppa. A nevertheless flavoursome blend with the bitter burnt taste and rather low acidity, typical of an Italian. We got the medium dark roast, so the dark roast should even be less acidic.

One of my favorite coffees from Coffee Culture. I like to use the medium dark for morning coffees and usually drink it as Latte.
