Coffee Culture’s organic coffee is a single-origin coffee grown, harvested, and roasted by the local Lahu Hill Tribes of Doi Mod, in Chiang Mai. The coffee cherries are organically grown and carefully hand-picked before being de-pulped and soaked overnight. They are then washed and laid out to dry in the sun before being roasted to a perfect medium or medium-dark roasted coffee. This organic, single-origin coffee is smooth and aromatic with soft hints of brown sugar. It’s a delicious, smooth coffee with a slightly fruity taste while also being full-bodied.

I get this bean medium roasted and grind it using the Timemore Chestnut C-20 hand grinder set to one notch coarser than the middle, for my morning black filter coffee (prepared in a Cuisinart coffee maker). It makes a smooth and rich cup of coffee. Lack of acidity and almost no bitterness with a wonderful flavor.
