At Coffee Culture, we’re passionate about sharing the unique stories of our local farmers, and there’s something truly special about the journey of coffee from the hills of Doi Mod. For our hill tribe farmers, coffee is more than just a crop—it’s a family tradition they’re eager to pass down through generations, sharing a piece of their heritage in every cup. It all started with a father and daughter who both have a deep love for coffee.
What makes coffee farming so meaningful for them is the flexibility it provides. Unlike other crops, green coffee beans can be stored without chemicals, allowing them to sell when the time is right and giving them greater control over their work. By roasting their own beans, they can showcase the unique flavors from their hillside, sharing the hard work and pride that go into every cup.
They shared with us a favorite saying that resonates deeply here at Coffee Culture: “ท้องฟ้าสดใสเสมอ หากเรามองมันด้วยใจ” – “The sky is always clear when we choose to see it with a positive heart.” This spirit carries them through each season, finding the good even in challenging times and pouring that positivity into every roast.
We hope that when you sip their coffee, you’re not just enjoying incredible flavors—you’re experiencing the passion, resilience, and warmth that our farmers bring to their craft.

Perfect for a cappuccino. Easy on your stomach if you are sensitive to acids. Nice, round taste, not bitter, a good all-rounder and perfect for an afternoon cake party!

Very nice with my morning and afternoon latte. Distinctly strong notes of chocolate aroma and flavour.

I get this bean medium roasted and grind it using the Timemore Chestnut C-20 hand grinder set to one notch coarser than the middle, for my morning black filter coffee (prepared in a Cuisinart coffee maker). It makes a smooth and rich cup of coffee. Lack of acidity and almost no bitterness with a wonderful flavor.

Gracias a Coffee Culture encontré este café orgánico que se convirtió en mi favorito de las mañanas. Ideal para prensa francesa. No es ácido ni amargo, por lo que para mí tiene el sabor y equilibrio perfecto!

I know this is a really popular blend, but in the dark roast (which is what I order in any type of coffee) it was just a bit too bitter for me.

Fragrant, well-rounded and full of flavor – a perfect “go to” coffee to satisfy nearly every taste preference. My family uses the medium dark roast prepared with an Aeropress.

Good coffee for an espresso, maybe a little bit bitter, next time I‘ll order the medium dark
Thank you

This bean is exceptional but roast-sensitive: I tried it in medium, medium-dark, and dark roast. There is a marked difference. The medium roast is what deserves the five star rating. Since I discovered this bean back in 2022, it remains my absolute favorite. I tried so many and I keep going back to it. I grind afresh for my morning filter coffee and have it black. I have no reason to try it anyhow else. It’s that good.

This is fantastic. One of my new favs and I just put another order in. I normally drink this in the afternoon as it doesn’t feel heavy. I have it with natural palm sugar which adds that sweetness I like…

I’m primarily a Robusta person. I kick start every day with a mug of robusta ( Black ). Then I wanted another coffee for that odd daytime mug with a biscuit or cake. I have found it here at Coffee Culture. A smooth full bodied Arabica ( French Roast ) and it’s organic
