Carrying that same spirit into Thailand, Siam Blend brings together smooth Arabica from Chiang Mai’s lush highlands and robust Robusta from Chumphon’s coastal farms. This 50/50 custom blend is roasted dark to capture the rich, full-bodied essence reminiscent of Spain’s classic coffee style.
TASTE NOTES: A bold and full-bodied coffee with rich dark chocolate and nutty undertones, balanced by earthy and herbal notes, a hint of caramel sweetness, and a low-acidity finish.

When we created Siam Storm Blend, we wanted a coffee that’s bold, smooth, and full of character. Traditionally, Thai coffee was either pure Robusta or heavily Robusta-heavy blends, but the 50/50 mix of Arabica and Robusta was a classic. It’s a classic Thai-Spanish inspired espresso, honoring traditional Thai blends while delivering a flavor experience customers will love.
This signature mix combines 50% Thai Arabica from Chiang Mai and 50% Thai Robusta from Chumpawn, producing a rich, chocolatey cup with nutty undertones, a hint of caramel sweetness, and a thick, velvety crema. Its balanced body and low acidity make it a crowd-pleaser for every kind of coffee drinker.
