Thai Arabica Espresso – Three Regions, One Perfect Cup
Most espresso blends rely on Robusta to build body, crema, and intensity. We wanted to prove that was not necessary. Not when you have access to three of Thailand’s most exceptional single origin Arabicas, each bringing something unique and beautiful to the cup.
Our Thai Arabica Espresso is a pure 100% Thai Arabica blend, combining three carefully selected highland coffees from three distinct growing regions. No Robusta, no imported beans, no shortcuts. Just the very best that Thailand’s coffee landscape has to offer, working together in perfect balance.
Khun Chang Khian from Chiang Mai brings the heart of the blend. Smooth, chocolatey sweetness and naturally low acidity make it the perfect foundation, effortlessly enjoyable and consistently crowd pleasing. It is our all-time best selling single origin and for good reason.
Pang Khon from the cool highlands of Chiang Rai at 1,200 to 1,500 metres above sea level adds structure and depth. Its full body and aromatic complexity give the blend a backbone that holds beautifully through milk in lattes and cappuccinos without losing any of its character.
Doi Saket from Chiang Mai rounds out the blend beautifully, adding a gentle brightness and natural sweetness that lifts the whole cup and gives it a clean satisfying finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.
Together they create something greater than the sum of its parts. A smooth, naturally sweet medium roast espresso with a velvety crema, soft chocolate and nutty notes, and a clean low acidity finish that works beautifully as a straight espresso or paired with milk.
If you have ever wondered what Thai coffee tastes like at its finest, this is your answer.

Nice and smooth, perfect for latte or cappuccino.

Good, easy drinking blend. I think another time I would go for medium-dark roast for more flavour, as the dark roast is really dark

We got a medium roast, ground for Moka pot and use it with our 3 cup Bialetti pot. Nice blend of arabica and robusta which gives a typical Italian style brew. We got the medium dark roast: low acidity, strong bitter-sweet flavour characteristic of Italian roast.
I follow Thomas Green and James Hoffman’s recommandations on how to use a moka pot: use of an aeropress paper filter to get a cleaner cup, filling the funnel properly to avoid channeling – ie. not compressing the puck, filling the Bialetti boiler with 95* water, using very low heat, slowing the brew for even and thorough extraction, stopping the brewing process when I have 100ml of coffee, before the typical spurts which indicate overheating). This makes a very nice espresso style cup for the morning.

I re-ordered this blend. I am delighted with the freshness and quality of the beans.
I ordered the medium dark roast, which worked wonderfully with my La Pavoni manual lever machine.
It has a rich, chocolaty flavor with a lovely fruity aroma.
I would not hesitate to recommend this blend to anyone who loves a good, well-rounded espresso coffee.

This is my absolute favorite, and I’ve sample several coffee types from Coffee Culture. I prefer dark roast and this is a great smooth one. It’s not bitter, which I love! I order new samples every time I order, but this and the Colombian decaf are the only ones I’ve decided I want everyday or anytime for the decaf.

Very good espresso blend, smooth to drink as an espresso or mixed with milk as latte for example

Not for me, but… I think if I was using a grind for an Espresso pot versus a drip the results may have been better. But, I use a drip and so got the drip grind. When I made several pots I experimented with volume coffee-water. 5 scoops-5 cups water, etc. First thing, I did not get a “coffee smell” when I opened the bag, when brewing – same thing. 5-5 it was week. Finally, at 7-5 the punch was better, it is smooth, no bitter after taste but even then – no coffee aroma filling my kitchen. I think Espresso levers using a different pot will love it, just not for me.
