Inspired by the timeless Italian espresso tradition, our Classic Thai Espresso Blend brings together classic espresso craftsmanship and the rich flavors of Thailand. Made entirely from Thai coffee beans, this special blend features 80% Arabica from Thepsadet, Chiang Mai, grown sustainably under the natural shade of the forest, and 20% Robusta from Chumpawn, known for its bold, full-bodied character and creamy, lasting crema. Both beans are processed using the washed method to bring clarity, balance, and depth to every cup.

Arabica alone is smooth and aromatic but produces little crema and lacks punch. Adding 20% Robusta provides richer crema, more body, a slight bitterness that balances sweetness, and higher caffeine. From the shaded forests of Chiang Mai to the renowned Robusta farms of Chumpawn, each bean tells a story of care, sustainability, and Thai coffee excellence.
