Sourced from the fertile coffee farms of Thepsadet, Chiang Mai, these Arabica green coffee beans are crafted using the honey process, a unique method that balances the natural sweetness of the coffee cherry with bright acidity and clean flavors. The honey process involves carefully removing the outer skin of the cherry while leaving some of the sticky mucilage (the “honey”) on the bean during drying.
