This coffee blend is truly excellent. The body is well-rounded with almost no acidity. It has a sweetness that makes for a very good cup of espresso. For those who prefer lattes or other milk-based cups, this blend carries ample depth that work very well. I found lovely fruity, berry notes and then a finish that has a slight hint of earthiness without any trace of bitterness.
For those interested in making “modern” or turbo espresso, this blend also works surprisingly well. A short shot time of about 15-18 seconds yielded a very pleasant cup of espresso. I much prefer this roast level to the fashionable light roasts often recommended for modern espressos.
While not the least expensive blend, it is very good value and I highly recommend Mr. Darkside by Sarnies Roastery.

The worst coffee I’ve ever purchased! I don’t know if it’s this batch or if this is what it’s suppose to smell and taste. But worst than the big American brand S…and smells like chemical or pesticide! I’ll never buy this one again….needed it up giving it to my composter.
