Earlier this year, we drove mountain roads across Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, and Mae Hong Son to visit the farmers behind your capsules. Some farms sit at over 1,400 metres. Cherry is hand-picked. Processing methods range from honey to washed. Our range covers the full spectrum of Thai coffee. From the floral, honey-sweet character of our Khun Chang Khian arabica, to the bold intensity of our Siam Roast, a Thai espresso blend of arabica and robusta that punches through milk beautifully, to our smooth Swiss Water decaf for those who want all the flavour without the caffeine.
Most capsule coffee doesn’t have a story like that. It’s sourced from commodity markets, blended for consistency, and imported from thousands of kilometres away.
